Who I am The Quietly Complex is an independent publication written by Dr. Monica Band, a licensed trauma therapist. This privacy policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you subscribe to or engage with this newsletter.

What information I collect When you subscribe, I have access to your name and email address through Substack. If you become a paid or founding member, Substack and Stripe also process payment information on my behalf. If you comment, engage in the community chat, or send a direct message, I can see the information included in those interactions.

How I use your information Your information is used solely to deliver The Quietly Complex to your inbox, process your subscription, and communicate with you about the publication. I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
